Articles and journals
You can access both print and electronic materials via UEF Finna. For searching, you'll need the name of the journal in which the article was published. Enter the title of the journal into the search bar. In the search results you'll see both print and e-journals. In addition, the search results include books. You can narrow down the result exclusively to journal via the Format section (on the right side of the web page).
It is recommended that you search for online articles using directly the name of the article. You can define your search by writing the article title in quotes. You can also add the name of the author or the journal.
Each e-journal record has a straight URL link to the journal, along with an SFX link that shows you more accurate information about the journal's availability.
Click on the journal's title to see the accurate information of the available print issues. You can read print journals in the campus libraries and take photocopies or scans of their content. A small part of the journals has been microfilmed, and you can also take copies of them.
In addition to your own library's collections, you can easily check the availability of materials in the National Repository Library and order an article from their collection.
E-journal sorted by title can be browsed in UEF Finna.
UEF Finna, different databases and Google Scholar use SFX links that show you what volumes and issues have been acquired to be available online in the university. Not all online publications are automatically for our university to access.
Rights to use
E-materials that are available to be used in the campus libraries and within the campus network can be accessed without a separate identification or username.
From outside the campus network, the materials can be used by UEF students and staff members. This is done by logging in to the UEF Finna with your personal UEF username. The KUH staff members sign in using remote access.
Orders from the National Repository Library are possible for university staff and students.

Feedback will be processed daily. Easily fixed issues will be solved immediately if they are essential to the service and in accordance with the operating policy. All feedback will be processed in the relevant services. If necessary, feedback will also be processed in the library’s working groups. Feedback and the changes prompted by feedback will be processed annually by the management group in the management review.
